Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collections, including:

  • ⭐️ Americana Collection tops
  • Knit tops and woven tops
  • Short sleeve and sleeveless styles
  • Coordinated sets (must return full set)

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or any tops that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our New York customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage your items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We offer two return options:

  1. Prepaid Return Label: For US customers, we’ll email a prepaid return label (deducted $7.95 from your refund)
  2. Self-Arranged Shipping: International customers may ship returns to:

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after return receipt

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on our premium knit tops or woven styles:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  • Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
